System login allows users to securely access Robosme environments. Robosme works in a multi-instance structure; therefore, which environment to access is clearly determined during login.

Users can:

• Directly through the relevant environment address (e.g. win.robosme.net)
• Or by using the Login button on robosme.com and specifying the instance name to log into the system.

For a user to log into the system, they must have at least one role.

Standard Login

Standard login is the basic login method using email and password. It is active by default in Robosme.

Users can:

• Log in with email and password
• Start the password reset process with the "Forgot my password" option

Standard login can be used together with SSO methods.

Custom Login

Custom login allows logging in with external authentication methods defined by the account manager.

In this method:

• Authentication takes place outside of Robosme
• All controls are managed by the relevant services

For example; if a company has an Active Directory structure, logins to Robosme can be made with Active Directory credentials by defining the necessary service endpoints.

SSO (Single Sign-On)

SSO allows users to log into Robosme with a single account.

Supported methods:

• LinkedIn
• Google
• Microsoft

SSO can be used together with standard login. If desired, these login options can be disabled by the account manager.
