Sales Management
Creating Sales and Basic Information
Sale is the main record at the center of the entire commercial process conducted with the customer in Robosme.Quotes, orders, and order closures are generated directly from the sales record, and the entire process is shaped around this record.
A sales record:
- can remain only at the quote stage,
- can be converted to an order,
- can be closed as won or lost.
All actions taken throughout the sales process are tracked chronologically on the Sale Timeline.

- is the reference point for calculations and totals,
- displays the current status and progress of the sale on a single screen.
