Tagging allows for flexible classification of records. Tags are not bound to a specific hierarchy and are shaped according to user needs.

Tagging methods:

• Creating tags through the Tag concept
• Adding by typing in the Tag field on the record form and pressing Enter
• Bulk tag assignment by selecting multiple records in the list screen

When a tag that has not been created before is entered, the system automatically creates the tag.
