In addition to standard activity types in Robosme, custom activity concepts can be defined. This structure allows communication or operational steps specific to your organization to be tracked as a separate activity type.

In custom activity concepts:

• Participant types (user, contact, company, lead, etc.) can be controlled
• Unwanted participant types can be hidden
• The order of participants can be arranged

Through system-generated forms, additional fields can be added to custom activity types and the form structure can be expanded as needed.

Custom activity records:

• Sales, Case, and Campaign records can be associated
• Convert button allows creating a sale or case from the record
• Can be detailed by adding notes and files

Record Management

Clone button allows copying an existing activity record. If cloning is done from an active record, the existing record can be closed if desired. The start and end dates of the cloned record are assigned according to the transaction time.

When creating a new record, the Save as Completed option allows saving the record in completed status. The status can be quickly updated with the Completed button on the record detail screen. During these operations, satisfaction level can be defined.

Cancel button allows setting the activity record to canceled status.
