All customizations are made through the base language defined in the system.
Translation management for languages other than the base language is performed from the Translations screen under Customizations.

Multi-language equivalents of the following structures can be managed through the Translations screen:

• Concepts
• Fields
• Many-to-Many Relations
• Forms
• Lists
• Charts
• Dashboards
• Menus
• Option Sets
• Messages

Translation Process

Translation operations are performed file-based and follow these steps:

1. Download Translation File tab to download the translation document.
2. Open the downloaded document.
3. Make the necessary translations through the editable columns in the document.
4. Save the document after completing the translations.
5. Upload Translation Document field to select the saved file.
6. Upload button to import the translations into the system.

Important Notes

• Cells marked as protected in the document should not be changed. Otherwise, errors may occur during upload or in-app translation displays.
• If no translation is defined for any component, the system will automatically continue to display the base language values.
