Every email is processed through a mailbox within Robosme. Mailboxes are associated with users or teams, and the system's email, meeting, and task synchronization is managed through this structure. All behaviors visible to the user (how emails land, associations, new record creation, etc.) depend entirely on how these structures are defined in the background.
