Security Settings includes the basic configurations that determine who can access the Robosme environment, under what conditions, and for how long.

These settings are used to balance user experience with system security and are managed by the account manager.

All changes made affect all users logging into the system.

Token Settings

Token settings determine how users' sessions will be managed after logging into the system.

• Token refresh can be defined as on or off
• Token duration is set between 1 – 1440 minutes
• If token refresh is active, the session duration is restarted each time the user performs an action in the system
• If token refresh is off, the token duration advances from the moment it was first created, even if the user performs actions

These settings ensure that sessions are kept under control, especially in high-security environments.
