Avatar / Profile

Located on the right side of the Top Bar.

Under the Avatar:

• User settings
• User account information
• Password management
• Application version in use

and other user-specific information and settings can be found.

Robosme Search

Robosme Search allows you to perform quick searches throughout the application.

Search works on the following basic concepts:

• Company
• Contact
• Lead
• Sales
• Service Request (Case)

This way, relevant records can be quickly accessed without navigating between different modules.

Quick Create

The Quick Create button makes creating new records easier.

When this button is used:

• Related to the selected concept
• Direct redirection to the new record form is made.

AI (RoboAI)

The AI area is where you interact with RoboAI.

Users can access information and operations within the application by asking questions in natural language.
